Custom-fit, perfectly integrated and smartly designed system protection bar for the BMW C 400 GT scooter. This black powder-coated protection bar doesn’t just safeguard the scooter’s fairing – we’ve extended it right down to the footboard. This offers all-round protection for the vulnerable areas of the fairing and the exposed lower side panels. For use in urban environments, where parking spaces for two-wheelers can be harsh and narrow, we’ve extended the tube structure beneath the headlight beyond the front fairing, offering added protection. The shape follows the lines of the GT model, ensuring the bar integrates subtly into the scooter’s overall design. We placed particular importance on maintaining ground clearance – for example when mounting kerbs. To that end, we use our proven 18 mm precision steel tubing. The bar is smartly mounted – without requiring any modifications such as drilling into the fairing. Installation is straightforward: the two-part system is solidly fixed on the left and right via a two-point attachment. This ensures that forces are evenly transmitted into appropriate points of the supporting frame, helping to prevent greater damage in the event of impact.
