For everything that needs to be quickly at hand on the go, but should also be optimally protected. Our functional handlebar bag has been specially developed for the BMW models. It is recognisable by its new, streamlined, functional design, with discreet blue details. It is attached to the handlebar with two Velcro loops. This means all the available space can be optimally used.
The easy-to-open flap - which also has a Velcro fastener - has a practical slot for multimedia devices that can be operated via the external sight window. The large main pocket has a water-deflecting, dust-proof and dirt-proof zip closure. To charge mobiles, etc. on the go, the bag comes with a water-proof E-Connect cable input. Integrated reinforcements, vibration-absorbing lining and complex multi-layer structure provide stability under all conditions.
This bag has a waterproof finish. The upper part and the complete flap are made of the same robust, resistant and waterproof material that is used to make truck tarpaulins. The slot is welded so that your mobile phone is perfectly protected. Otherwise, the proven, wear-resistant CORDURA® TrueLock is used.
The new CORDURA® TrueLock? fabric consists of high-strength 6.6 multi-filament nylon fibres produced in the extrusion process. In this continuous process, the colour added is “trapped” in the fibres, so to speak - that is, locked in. This eliminates annoying subsequent dyeing and washing processes. The process developed by CORDURA® inventor INVISTA for manufacturing CORDURA® TrueLock? thus uses fewer resources thanks to the reduced use of water and energy, reduces CO2 emissions, while simultaneously increasing its sustainability, lifespan and durability. This new type of fabric demonstrates yet further optimised, outstanding colour retention, colour brightness and UV-stability. We’ve also been able to improve the fade and abrasion resistance yet again.
