We recommend preventative protection of the sensitive cladding, as there is a risk of damaging it when maneuvering in a garage or public parking lot. Our fairing bracket reliably protects the faired stem and the area on the side of the radiator, thus reducing the risk of expensive damage. In the event of a fall or tip-over, the forces acting are optimally distributed via the protective bar structure to the resilient mounting points, so that force and moment peaks are reduced. Visually, the fairing protection bar integrates perfectly into the flyline of the DesertX and underlines its striking appearance. The fairing protection bar is made from 25 millimeter precision steel tube. It consists of two pipe segments that are formed on CNC pipe bending machines and then neatly welded. Assembling is easy to do.
